Inland Power

Repaying the landwe draw from, acre by acre.

Inland Power's sustainability work pairs cleaner operations at the plant with long-term investment in the communities around Inland Nagar.

Carbon avoided

≈ 2.77 lakh tCO₂ avoided a year (indicative)

Our biggest climate contribution isn't an offset. It's cleaner core operations. Grain ethanol goes into the national fuel pool under E20, and fly ash is cured into bricks instead of firing clay.

Where it comes from
≈ 2.66 lakh tindicative
Grain ethanol blended into petrol under the E20 programme, displacing fossil fuel.
≈ 11,200 tindicative
Fly ash steam-cured into bricks at the adjacent unit, avoiding fired-clay emissions.
How we count

Rooftop solar · captive

2.1 MW of solar on our own rooftops.

Across the thermal, ethanol and fly-ash plant areas, rooftop panels generate power that Inland Power consumes on-site. It trims our daytime draw from the grid: a responsible-operations activity, run for our own use rather than sold.

CSR · CAPTIVE
2.1 MWcaptive rooftop solar in operation
  • Installed across thermal, ethanol & fly-ash rooftops
  • Self-consumed on-site, reduces daytime grid draw
  • Run for our own use, not sold to the grid

This is a captive installation, not a commercial solar project.

Future ground-mount solar & storage is in the Pipeline
