Inland Power Ltd. (IPL) has repaired and restored community water structures (locally called jalminars) in Tonaghatu and Jharbhanda villages near its plant at Inland Nagar, Ramgarh, returning reliable drinking water to households that had gone without.
The work covered existing government- and community-built water towers and overhead tanks: replacing damaged and non-functional taps, sealing leaks, cleaning and reviving neglected sources, and repainting the structures to protect them and keep them hygienic.
