Technology

Clean combustion,chosen for fuel flexibility.

  • Boiler & turbine

    CFBC · fluidised bed

Circulating Fluidised Bed Combustion burns a wide band of coal grades at lower temperatures than pulverised units.

  • Emissions control

    In-bed desulphurisation

Limestone in the bed captures sulphur during combustion, and lower bed temperatures suppress NOx formation.

  • Water & ash

    Fly ash to bricks

Dry fly ash is conveyed to the adjacent brick unit: two lakh steam-cured bricks a day from our own by-product.
