This policy explains what personal information Inland Power Ltd. collects through inlandpower.in and its vendor portal, how that information is used and protected, and the choices available to you. It applies to this website and our online forms; dealings governed by a signed contract or tender are covered by that agreement.

01Introduction

Inland Power Ltd. (“Inland Power”, “we”, “us”) operates this website to share information about our thermal, ethanol, solar and fly-ash operations and to let vendors and visitors reach the right desk. This policy describes how we handle personal information collected through the site and our online forms.

By using inlandpower.in you agree to the practices set out below. If you do not agree, please do not submit information through the site. This policy sits alongside our Terms of Use and Accessibility Statement.

02Information we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to you and to run the site securely. Depending on how you use the site, this may include:

  • Details you provide: name, organisation, email, phone number and any message, quote request or vendor detail you enter into a form.
  • Documents you upload: such as drawings, BOQs or tender documents submitted through the vendor portal.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed and similar information logged automatically for security and analytics.
  • Correspondence: emails and enquiries you send to info@inlandpower.in or a named desk.

03How we use your information

We use the information above to:

  • respond to quote, vendor, career and general enquiries and route them to the correct desk;
  • process vendor registration checks and tender participation through the portal;
  • operate, secure and improve the website and its forms;
  • meet legal, regulatory and audit obligations that apply to us.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

04Cookies & analytics

The site uses a small number of cookies to keep it working and to understand, in aggregate, how it is used. Essential cookies support security, forms and session handling. Analytics cookies (for example, Google Analytics) help us see which pages are useful; these can be disabled in your browser without affecting core functions.

Where required, we ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time through your browser settings.

05Sharing & disclosure

We share personal information only where necessary: with service providers who host the site, send email or provide analytics on our behalf, under confidentiality terms; within our group and with professional advisers where needed to respond to you; and with authorities where the law or a valid regulatory request requires it.

We do not transfer your information to third parties for their own marketing.

06Data security & retention

The site runs over HTTPS and forms are protected against automated abuse. We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law, tender rules and audit obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

07Your rights & choices

Subject to applicable law, you may:

  • ask what personal information we hold about you and request a copy;
  • ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or out of date;
  • ask us to delete information we no longer need to keep;
  • object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent where processing relies on it.

To exercise any of these, write to the grievance officer below. We respond within a reasonable period and may need to verify your identity first.
