About the role

As a Plant O&M Engineer at Inland Nagar, you keep our 63 MW CFBC unit and its balance of plant running safely and efficiently. You work across boiler, turbine and auxiliary systems on a rotating shift, coordinating with the control room, maintenance crews and the ethanol and fly-ash units that share the campus. It is a hands-on role for an engineer who prefers the plant floor to a desk.

What you'll do

  • Run first-line operation and monitoring of the boiler, turbine and auxiliaries across your shift.
  • Plan and lead preventive and breakdown maintenance with the mechanical and electrical crews.
  • Track steam, feedwater, emissions and PLF, and log deviations for the shift report.
  • Coordinate with the control room and the ethanol and fly-ash units on shared utilities.
  • Enforce permit-to-work, lock-out/tag-out and plant-safety procedures on every job.
  • Support statutory inspections, audits and CEA / pollution-board reporting.

What we're looking for

  • BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical or Power engineering.
  • 3–6 years in thermal-plant O&M; CFBC or AFBC experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of DCS / SCADA and plant instrumentation.
  • Comfortable working rotating shifts at a single-campus site.
  • A strong grasp of plant-safety and permit-to-work systems.
  • Willing to be based at Inland Nagar, Ramgarh.
