About the role

As an Instrumentation Technician you keep the field instruments, control loops and DCS I/O healthy across the CFBC unit and the shared ethanol and fly-ash lines. You calibrate, fault-find and maintain the measurement and control hardware the plant runs on, working shift-to-shift with the control room and the O&M crews.

What you'll do

  • Calibrate and maintain transmitters, control valves, analysers and field instruments.
  • Fault-find and restore control loops, interlocks and trip circuits during the shift.
  • Support the DCS / PLC systems and keep loop and calibration records up to date.
  • Carry out preventive maintenance schedules on instrumentation across the campus.
  • Work to permit-to-work and lock-out/tag-out on every job.

What we're looking for

  • Diploma / ITI in Instrumentation, Electronics or a related trade.
  • 2–5 years maintaining field instrumentation in a process or power plant.
  • Hands-on with calibration, control valves and DCS / PLC I/O.
  • Comfortable working rotating shifts at a single-campus site.
  • Willing to be based at Inland Nagar, Ramgarh.
